PF-2's are useless PVC placebos so PF-4 probably perform the same?I wanted these fluoride filters to work, I really did.
After running 15 gallons run through 2 x Berkey black filters and 2 x PF-"2" (not 4) fluoride filters I sent a sample of this "filtered" water to 3M for a fluoride concentration test. The results confirmed that these so-called "fluoride filters" DON'T actually filter out fluoride.
3M Lab Result: 0.36 ppm of FLUORIDE.
Municipal supply averages 0.30 0.60ppm FLUORIDE.
