After shopping around for water taps, this was by far the most affordable one that had the styling we were after. After using it for a few months, I'm quite pleased with it. Be aware, however, that it is not made of solid metal while the exterior is metal, the "guts" are made of plastic and the spigot neck feels a little flimsy.That being said, I'm pleased and would buy this again.
Update 10/2012:
The tap seems to be holding up well after about a year of daily use. Valve mechanism continues to operate smoothly without leaks.
