This Berkey filtration system actually arrives with only 2 filters rather than the advertised 4 filters. This is significant due to the cost of the filters, but the system works fine with the 2 filters provided....the system would simply cycle water faster with 4 filters. Amazon fairly reimbursed us for the 2 missing filters, so I have no issue with where we ended up, but they should either change the product description or ensure that the product is shipped as advertised with 4 filters. From reading other reviews our experience was not isolated.We are very pleased with the quality of water provided by the Big Berkey filtration system and would not hestitate to recommend it. Our local water is heavily chlorinated and the Big Berkey produces great tasting water from tap water that we did not drink before.
So, if you order the Big Berkey advertised with 4 filters be aware your system may well arrive with only 2 filters, but the system is great and functions very well.
