These filters are very close to the actual stated size. If you are replacing a filter that says 20x26x5 on it, be sure to measure the filter to check it's actual size before ordering. These filters may be too large for your application if your old filter is actually slightly smaller than the size printed on it. I was not aware of this problem and had to return my order as a result. I gave the filters four stars as they were not nearly as good as the one I was replacing, but in fairness they were a lot cheaper.
