False advertising. Buyers beware!Ordered through "Go Vacuum" (fulfillment by Amazon), and the Foam 1LK0545000 is *NOT* included. Just as another user pointed out earlier. When I placed the order, I was hoping it was an isolated incident that the foam is missing. Apparently it wasn't.
The Amazon rep did not offer any explanation, but it wasn't his fault that the seller failed to include the foam as stated in product description.
Item returned. I will try to order via another seller to see if that makes a difference.
A rather disappointing incident. Emailed Go Vacuum, no response.
Update 8/14/10: Ordered the same item from another seller, "The Vacuum Center". Guess what, still NO foam.
Why on earth can't they just state that the foam is not included (or better yet, have to be purchased separately at $xx) is beyond me, seeing how the vacuum needed both the foam and filter together to function properly. *sigh*
Initially I rate the item 1 star, but I edited and gave it a 3. The product itself is not to be blame for the missing parts.
The filters themselves looked new and clean. Will have to try it at a later time.
