I never got the chance to actually use the water filter as it had a defective part. When I contacted the seller, they told me they would send a replacement part. They never sent the part. I sent them three follow up emails and the seller did not have the courtesy nor the consideration to respond to any of them, so I returned the product.This company doesn't have the first clue as to how to conduct Customer Service. I will purchase a water filter somewhere else.
