A0701B Bionaire Air Cleaner Dual Filter Cartridge

Dear SupplyBuy,

I recently only received one of the described "A0701B Bionaire Air Cleaner DUAL Filter Cartridge", as your product ad indicates.

However, your product description for A) "DUAL" Filter Cartridge, B) the higher price than others, and C) the picture illustrating two cartridges, all lead one to believe that I would receive TWO Filters, not just one.

I strongly feel, based on these 3 factors of your ad, that I have been deceived. I have shopped for HEPA filters online, used and recently purchased other such 4" thick HEPA type filters with identical construction on the front and back (of different sizes), and none have used the "Dual" filter description, other than to indicate a 2-pack, or a dual pack. Thus I feel I have been misled.

Either send me a second cartridge, or credit me half of the cost.

If this was not just a shipping mistake, you need to change your product description to much more clearly indicate that your customer is getting "only ONE filter per package", and/or that "THIS IS NOT A TWO-PACK". To avoid further unintentional deceptions to your customers.

This is my SECOND or THIRD ATTEMPT to contact you with No reply.
