The only thing nice about this item is how it looks. C'mon, that shiny red is mighty cute. But I have tried a lot of air purifiers in my time and this one did nothing. The other nice thing about it was I was able to return it and get my money back. There is a 'control' on the side that has no discernible use. The manual doesn't help. It is not quiet and there is quite a bit of air flow, like a fan, so not nice in winter. I have two pets and there was not a single animal hair on the filter when I checked it. The shiny red was great at collecting dust, too.
