Bought the product, worked great for a few months, turned it on after winter and circuits blew. Customer service was helpful and friendly at first, but quickly soured when it looked like they'd have to replace to product as per their warranty. Have interrogated my AC installation company, contacted village office to examine permits, will stop at nothing to avoid having to replace the units. Won't even sell me the replacement parts (they don't come separate). Maddeningwould have rather fought in the Tet Offensive.Save 19% Off
