It worked great for the first year and then after a little over a year it started to smell like it was rubber or plastic burning. I did all of the regular maintenance and I called and customer service was very difficult to deal with. The customer service area diagnosed (over the phone?) that it was the circuit board (which only has a 1 year warranty) and not the motor (which has a 5 year warranty). They also were going to make me jump through a bunch of hoops and $$ to get the problem fixed, therefore I just gave up on it -Save 33% Off
