My A/C service contract gives me two visits per year for my furnace, when the technician checks the whole thing over and cleans it out. He also replaces the filter, and I have to pay 60 bucks for the filter, since consumables are not included. I just checked to see if these filters had to be that expensive, and found out thanks, Amazon! they don't! Even if this filter is a generic one, compared to the "real item", it works just the same. Perk: you can have 3 fresh ones for the price of 1 of the "authentic" kind. Since filters are better when fresh, it is a no-brainer: I buy the ones for 20 bucks a piece and replace them every 2 months, instead of every 6. Bingo, I win!Save 29% Off
