I bought this filter because the rubber on my original filter had ripped and was just not doing as good of a job. Filter arrived and put it in vacuum, it fit but seemed a little to tight could hardly shut the lid back down and it wasn't even labeled like the picture or the original filter. My motor on my dyson burnt up and started throwing sparks with in 5 uses. I now have had to throw my $600 vacuum away!!! Make sure you get the real deal not a generic version of this filter!!
