The product that arrived is not the one advertised. Some other company is making replacements and marketing them as if they are original manufacturer. Oh, the box looks all official, with the OEM's name plastered all over the place but it's not made by Essick. Amazon better get a handle on their associates misrepresenting their products.
It may be the product is sufficient and serviceable, but I dislike being lied to.
