After receiving the filter, I find it is the wrong one due to incorrect product info. Upon contacting them, they have no return policy, except to ship it back at my expense, as well as having to eat the initial shipping. Since there was no choice, I did so, although I am now at the point where the 2 shipment costs are starting to approach the cost of the unit itself.
When they received it, it has mysteriously become "damaged", despite being in the same wrapper and box, therefore ineligible for any refund at all. My next step would be to file a damage claim with UPS. I can guess how well that will go.
Needless to say, this is my last experience with this company
