Thought I purchased the Honeywell 504HAC replacement filter as listed on Amazon, but instead received a generic version that I could have purchased for significantly cheaper. I phoned the company but got no answer. I emailed the company and got no response. Would avoid any transactions with this company. I placed a complaint with Amazon and hope that this problem can be remedied.Save 1% Off
