This dehumidifier didn't work since day one. It ran but never extracted any moisture/water. Obviously a defective product. I called the manufacturer to use the warranty, and was told that in a case like this they tell the customer to return it to the place of purchase. I called Amazon, explained the situation, and they could not have been more accommodating. They sent me a return label and said I could return the product to them for a full refund. Great customer service.
