We have had two of these devices over the years, and had the same problem with both... after awhile, the panel which covers the filter becomes very loose; the clips that hold it down just don't work well anymore, and the panel falls off every time we pick it up. I've tried various padding options to try to improve the mounting, but none really work very well. Next time around, I'll look for a better-quality brand (if I can find one).Save 37% Off
