Bought this as a replacement for a filter faucet that started to drip.I was worried about the lack of dimensions it looked tall, but I wasn't sure. I needed a taller faucet to be able to fill my coffee pot without holding it the whole time.
After installation (just a simple remove and replace) the tip (outlet) of the faucet is about 7 1/2 inches above the sink top and the whole faucet is about 8 3/4 inches above the sink top.
Now I just put the coffee pot in the sink under the faucet and it fills while I grind the coffee beans. Perfect!
